This site originally focused on providing tools and reasources to these users. This venture was both rewarding and beneficial for both parties. Originally this company was run with phone support as the primary method to support end users. This quickly advanced into remote system administration using several tools. However this added support added legal concerns that needed to be met before administration could take place. This like the good samaratin law protects OnlinePCRepair.com and its technicians from any legal recourse when they manage remote systems. This process has become the standard throughout the industry. Tools for remote administration are available in many variations all over the internet. Articles of best practices are available on this site to guide users to optomize their system.In october of 2007 this company officially added a new division geared toward small businesses. OnlinePCRepair.com now had two internal companies Home or Home office and Small Business. Under Small Business we expanded into many local small businesses (under 50 users). Our support for small business included any of the following. Desktop support, system imaging, patch management, version control, antivirus tools, data storage, backup tools, server administration and technical support.In July of 2010 OnlinePCRepair.com added another division for medium and large businesses. OnlinePCRepair.com now has three businesses within the one company. Our Medium and Large Business division is geared toward supporting the cloud and providing advanced business to business functionality. Our networking team provides installation and configuration services for a variety of businesses needs. This new division added the ability for additional support hours.
